It was tolerable overall, I did notice some mild bloating after taking it though. Not terrible, just enough to make my stomach feel a little off.

I tried to pause my subscription and the site just kept sending me in circles. Then I got charged anyway, and it took way too long to hear back from support with any real update. it felt like more trouble than it was worth.

It works fine overall, but the shelf life feels short. I kind of feel trapped having to use it up sooner than I expected instead of just keeping it around when I need it.
